Acquisition of new clients for General/Health Insurance.

  • Developing an effective strategy to attract clients.
  • Achieve given targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying the risk involvements based on the client's requirements.
  • Follow the Telecalling effort matrix on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • Ensuring the company rules and regulations are formulated accordingly.
  • Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy.

Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in sales of general/ health insurance for minimum of 1 year
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Solid understanding of policies and products.
  • Be able to provide mentorship.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target based role.

Salary:
₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
