Description
Acquisition of new clients for General/Health Insurance.- Developing an effective strategy to attract clients.
- Achieve given targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
- Identifying the risk involvements based on the client's requirements.
- Follow the Telecalling effort matrix on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Ensuring the company rules and regulations are formulated accordingly.
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy.
Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in sales of general/ health insurance for minimum of 1 year
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Be able to provide mentorship.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Target based role.
Salary:
₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
