    Description

    Job Description:
    As a Senior Financial Business Analyst, you will play a critical consulting role for Birlasoft customers.

    You must have financial business process knowledge and provide consultative approach to customers for streamline their own process irrespective of what back-end ERP system customer is using.

    You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including finance teams, executives, and business units along with IT financial analysts to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize / reengineer financial processes, and drive profitability.

    This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively and provide consultative approach with customer to improve the processes.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Financial Analysis

    Business process re-engineering for financial processes

    Process improvements.

    Business partnering

    Risk management.

    Compliance and Governance

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in finance along with MBA or CA/ICWA qualification

    Minimum 10+ years of financial consulting experience financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles, preferably in a corporate finance environment


    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts / processes to non-financial stakeholders as well as optimize those processes.

    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
