We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of visionary architectural designs.

Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Visualization: Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using SketchUp and 3DS Max, incorporating accurate dimensions, materials, and textures to accurately represent proposed buildings and developments.

Virtual Tours and Walkthroughs: Develop animated walkthroughs and virtual tours of architectural designs to provide clients and stakeholders with a realistic and immersive understanding of the spatial layout and design concept.

Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling 3D visualizations and presentations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all 3D models, renderings, and animations meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy, and make revisions as needed based on feedback from clients and team members.

Research and Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in architectural visualization, and explore new tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency and quality of our design process.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Architectural Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative talent and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and 3DS Max, as well as rendering software such as V-Ray and Lumion.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building construction, and real estate development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive architectural visualizations.

Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
