What's the Role About:


You will join a fast-growing Global People team that is responsible for maintaining relationships with the employees as we build and scale AlphaSense.

The People Operations person will act as the primary point of contact for people and their queries at AlphaSense and ensure the full employee life cycle runs smoothly.

You will work closely with our team to identify, engage, and manage employees from different teams as we continue to build our team.


What are we looking for
We are in search for an individual with relevant experience in managing the below aspects of HR operations and looking for opportunities in a fast growing sector and is ready to be a part of our success story

_Onboarding_

  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team to get new joiner details
  • Managing Payroll, Leave Management and other systems for updating data
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to organize new hire orientation sessions
  • Managing HRIS systems(Workday) for initiating hiring and onboarding
  • Managing in office operations related to new hire onboarding

_Employee Life Cycle _

  • Managing administration of Payroll and Leave management systems for existing employees
  • Grievance handling, to support employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Managing employee data for Insurance and other compliances
  • Work on the exit letters & F&F settlements in coordination with the Finance/IT team
  • Experience of working and managing HR systems and technology. For eg. LMS and Google Suite Products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar etc.)
  • Managing documentation and system updations w.r.t different employee life cycle changes like Salary Hike, Promotions and team/manager changes
  • Experience in managing travel desk and working with vendors to support domestic and international travel
  • Experience of working and managing with different vendors related to Payroll, POSH, Insurance etc.
  • Experience of collaborating with Finance and other HR teams to support processes like Performance Management, Learning & Development, Salary Hike etc.
  • Managing logistics and vendors for company wide events

_Offboarding_

  • Experience of managing different HR systems w.r.t employee exits
  • Experience in managing full and final settlements and recoveries for exited employees
  • Collaborating with Finance, Admin, IT and security teams to execute offboarding
  • Managing HR systems and employee data on employee exit

_Other requirements_

  • 45 years of experience in HR operations
  • Previous work experience of startups, product companies
  • Knowledge of Workday is a good to have
