    Company Overview

    AutoJagat, an online platform that manages the automotive aftermarket. Our aim is to provide automotive solutions for all brands of cars and bikes, including periodic servicing, mechanical repairs, accessories & decoration, insurance, resale, and exchange. We believe in maintaining vehicles without our users having to step out and ensuring all service records are stored on the cloud. Additionally, we offer immediate help in case of emergencies on the road. We also strive to boost service quality, maintain ethics, engage with clients, build infrastructures, advance technology, and expand the business of our vendors and aftermarket service providers.

    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at AutoJagat. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
    • Good phone etiquette and persuasive skills
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
    • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its aftermarket services is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our automotive services
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the services we offer
    • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and their needs
    • Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
    • Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and emails
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
    • Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends
