Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.

  • Handling customer queries via calls and mails.
  • Handling customer escalations/grievances
  • Stay up to date on the latest EaseMyDeal services and features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic Computer knowledge.
  • 5 days working with rosterbased Weekly Offs.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
