Description
Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.- Handling customer queries via calls and mails.
- Handling customer escalations/grievances
- Stay up to date on the latest EaseMyDeal services and features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- 5 days working with rosterbased Weekly Offs.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
