About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate...

In this role, you will:

Participate in variety of operational tasks for low to moderately complex processes or functions
Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways for efficiencies and improvements
Review basic issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
Perform batching, filing, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and taking phone messages
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:
