Position is for Sister Concern of Economode Food Equipment (I) Pvt. Ltd.

We are renowned FMCG industry based at Luknow location.
We are looking for smart and experienced
Asst. Manger Production to join our team.

The position is based in
Luknow.

The Assistant Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the production activities within the Namkeen manufacturing company.

This role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, supervising production staff, and contributing to the efficient operation of the production department.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight:

Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and customer specifications.
Implement quality control measures during the production process to minimize defects and maintain consistency.

Supervision and Training:

Supervise production staff, including operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and operational procedures.

Inventory Management:

Coordinate with the inventory department to monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and initiate reordering of materials as needed.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Reporting:

Prepare regular production reports for management, detailing key performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
Participate in audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication channels with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and logistics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with teams and management.

Other Information:

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

SOFT SKILLS:

Result oriented, Excellent Comprehension, analytical, presentation and Aptitude skills, Strong communication (both verbal and written) Confident, Self-motivated, good Team Player.

Preference:
Preferably from FMCG industry experience.
