Your Responsibilities:

Analyse Bank statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions regarding loan approvals or denials.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for business partners.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficient in English or Telugu language.
Strong analytical skills to assess financial documents and make informed lending decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
