Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the sales field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
