Job Specifications:


  • Responsible for end to end recruitment for Middle and Senior level both it and nonit positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company.
  • Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively.
  • Job designing, job posting and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of shortlisting the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring.
  • Day to day Coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile related queries.
  • Understanding the needs of various requirement.
  • Welltrained in Consulting, Mapping, Headhunting and coreReferencing.
  • Providing a highperformance delivery as per the requirement.
  • Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives.
