Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a UI/UX designer is expected to assume:
l Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
l Research customers, competitors, and products
l Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
l Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
l Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
l Develop and implement usability testing
l Design for accessibility standards
l Create and maintain usability documentation
l Work with developers to ensure product quality
l Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success
l Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
The following are the most important skills that are required to become a UI/UX designer:
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking
- Time management
Technical Skills
l A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
l Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role
l
UI/UX Design Portfolio work for both mobile and web platforms
l Good knowledge of Sketch, Figma, HTML, Visio, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Salary:
₹253, ₹500,000.00 per year
