Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support to our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a focus on firstcall resolution.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and convey information effectively.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure swift resolutions.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to empathize, remain patient, and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a solutionoriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work in the US shift (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM) and adhere to the 5day work schedule.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
