We are seeking a highly creative and talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and producing visually stunning and innovative designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Your artistic vision, attention to detail, and proficiency in various design tools will be essential in bringing our ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative design solutions for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
Produce eyecatching graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content that resonate with our target audience.
Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual presentations that effectively communicate the desired message.
Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and fresh.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all design assets.
Prepare and deliver design presentations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with an impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to think creatively and outside the box, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and noncreative stakeholders.
Experience in creating designs for various platforms, including print, web, social media, and multimedia.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and a willingness to receive and implement constructive feedback.
A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and selfimprovement.

From ₹25,000.00 per month
