    Job Description :

    Bangalore based Fintech Company incorporated in 2012 providing retail participants access to capital markets. Team of 80+ professionals. Member of NSE, BSE, MCX, MSEI and Depository Participant with CDSL. Has been external debt-free from the date of incorporation. Provides robust trading solutions with customer-centric services at the lowest possible cost.
    Lead Software Engineer/ Technical Architect :
    Job Description & key roles :

    • Design and development of highly scalable, highly available, and performanceoptimized cloud applications
    • Constantly drive innovations in the platforms and products
    • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
    • Improve engineering standards, code reviews and build necessary tooling
    • Mentor & guide the junior developers in the team
    Technical Requirement :

    • Strong software development skills in Python, Go and Frontend ReactJS
    • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    • Able to design & create a database schema in SQL and No-SQL databases with data security in mind
    • Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol, web application performance and scalability
    • Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
    • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems
    • Familiarity with eventdriven programming (Python / Go / Rust/NodeJS)
    • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multiprocess architecture
    • Working understanding of network I/O
    • Working knowledge of pubsub architectures for realtime communication
    • Strong unit test and debugging skills
    • Proficient understanding of Git
    • Proficient in Django and other web frameworks.
    • Knowledge in network architecture & server administration
    • Working knowledge on AWS setup and the various AWS services
    • Experience integrating with Android and iOS development platforms.
    Nice to have technical skill sets :

    • Basic understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
    • Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc
    • Good understanding of Redis
    • Experience with DevOps
