Job Summary:

Talent Development (TD) covers performance management, Leadership Development and Career Development.

TD plays an integral part in planning, prioritization and alignment to Global & Region Talent and business strategy, including budgeting.

Identify LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD needs and alignment to business strategies (e.g., goal setting) and drive behavioral change strategies. Create and oversee Transformative Leadership activation plan and Leadership Development Strategy, aligned to Global Strategy for TD. Oversee the onboarding process for all Direct Admit Partner hires.

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.

VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore TD colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Global Process Model and initiates TD processes.

This job provides a fantastic opportunity to join the EMEIA FSO Talent Development function.

This will primarily involve supporting the delivery of EMEIA FSO Leadership Development and Coaching activities for those who are identified as on our formal leadership pipeline from Senior Manager and above through to making the transition to Partner, Executive Director & Director ranks (PPEDDs) across our multiple countries.

There may also be the requirement, and opportunity, to work on activities relating to Partner Career, Performance & Development (CPD) activities and other key strategic projects which also form part of the Talent Development functional remit.


It will be a chance to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary Talent team and work across a diverse portfolio of activities, albeit with the opportunity to focus on specialisms as required by the business.


We are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, with great attention to detail, excel and personable skills to help us with project coordinating and delivering the day-to-day operations of the many projects and processes that the team drives, facilitates and delivers.


Essential Functions of the Job:


The opportunity:

This role is multi-disciplinary and a great way to gain diverse experiences. Key focus areas are communications, project coordination, data management and reporting, scheduling and participation tracking.

The role reports to the EMEIA FSO Leadership Development and Coaching Leader.

It encompasses project-managing day-to-day Talent Development activities - including pipeline processes and leadership development programs and activities, supporting the management of the nominations processes and leadership pipeline panel processes, analysing and reporting data, coordinating communications and program materials.


Key responsibilities include the following:


  • Project coordinating involvement across our programs and processes which includes tracking deployment plans with our Deployment Pillar contacts, coordinating the tracking of content development required for the supporting portals, guides and infrastructure and the tracking of participation and consumption rates
  • Communications support updating documentation and tailoring & issue comms in line with the defined program comms plan to participants, Sponsoring Partners and status updates to stakeholders
  • Identifies and proactively shares opportunities for improvement and efficiency across all activities
  • Support of the procurement, budgeting and contract processes and requirements
  • Provide administrative support for the programs which includes inbox management, maintaining participant trackers, filtering reports, analysing feedback data, etc.
  • Supports the leadership pipeline management activities talent reviews, coordinating and scheduling panel interviews process, database submissions, collation and distribution of supporting materials and other administrative support requirements
  • Coordinates and monitors SL and regional sponsorship activities and reporting requirements
  • Maintains and manages the team's promotional collateral, operational trackers, our various SharePoint sites, Shared Folders and MS Teams Channels, collaborating with CSG where applicable.
  • Potential need to fulfil Session Producer support if central team support is unavailable
  • Is knowledgeable about and promotes the importance of Sponsorship and Mentoring through all activities undertaken
  • Is knowledgeable about and promotes the strategic importance of developing
