Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective Bids on a daily basis.
• Responsible for end to end bid processing.
• Good knowledge of RFPs is required.
• Systematically record all information in the CRM system and develop proposals that best meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that tender submissions are standardized and in line with tender requirements
• Support in costing for budgetary quotes
• Coordinate and work with external & internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders
• Updating sales dashboard
• Creating PR for sales related activities.
• Documentation for existing and new opportunities
• Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for bidding activities
• Coordinating, Monitoring and updating VP
• Sales / Sales Manager about new bids and tenders
• Undertake any other bid related duties as assigned.
• Prior experience in GeM operations, other government bid portals and IT & Networking domain is a must.
• Punctuality and a sense of responsibility are essential traits.
• Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred.

Role:
