Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective Bids on a daily basis.
- Responsible for end to end bid processing.
- Good knowledge of RFPs is required.
- Systematically record all information in the CRM system and develop proposals that best meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that tender submissions are standardized and in line with tender requirements
- Support in costing for budgetary quotes
- Coordinate and work with external & internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders
- Updating sales dashboard
- Creating PR for sales related activities.
- Documentation for existing and new opportunities
- Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for bidding activities
- Coordinating, Monitoring and updating VP
- Sales / Sales Manager about new bids and tenders
- Undertake any other bid related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in GeM operations, other government bid portals and IT & Networking domain is a must.
- Punctuality and a sense of responsibility are essential traits.
- Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred.
