Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Participate in ward drug rounds on a regular basis monitor adverse drug reaction, drug-drug & drug-food interaction.
Ø Improve the prescriptions and drug chart making the work simpler for doctors and nurses.
Ø Perform pharmacy audits to the prevention of medication errors.
