    Job Title:
    Sr. AI/ML Engineer

    Experience: 4-5 years


    Location:
    Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)

    Key Responsibilities:
    POC hands-on, client implementation setup, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
    Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML.
    Analyse and define client requirements, translating business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions.
    Develop comprehensive AI/ML strategies and solutions tailored to address specific client challenges.
    Design, implement, and train machine learning models to meet client objectives.
    Conduct thorough data analysis, preprocess data, and ensure its readiness for model training.
    Oversee the deployment and integration of AI/ML solutions into the client's existing systems and processes.
    Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize models for better results.

    Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI/ML to provide clients with the latest and most effective solutions.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    Minimum 4-5 years of proven expertise in AI, ML domain

    and experience with

    Generative AI, LLM,

    and has worked on

    PDF annotations and processing.
    Proficiency in popular machine learning frameworks, particularly experience with

    PyTorch and TensorFlow.
    Experience in evaluating ML model's performance using metrics such as

    F1 Score , Groundedness, Correctness, Precision, Recall, etc.
    Ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end

    ML pipelines

    for efficient data processing and model training.
    Strong knowledge of computer vision techniques and their application in developing AI models.
    Demonstrated expertise in working with Large Language Models, with a focus on natural language understanding and generation.
    In-depth understanding of deep learning techniques, including

    RNNs, CNNs, and other advanced neural network architectures.
    Proficiency in working with

    Transformer Architecture

    for developing scalable and efficient AI models.
    Familiarity with integrating AI models into production systems through APIs.
    Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new technologies into projects.
    A passion for exploring and contributing to cutting-edge research in the field of AI/ML.
