Role

Key Responsibilities:

Developing responsive and userfriendly UI for websites
Writing clean, organized HTML, CSS, and JavaScript codes
Collaborating with backend developers to integrate UI elements
Ensuring crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility of UI elements
Optimizing UI performance and page load speed
Identifying and troubleshooting UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of UI designs using design tools
Creating usercentered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Understanding the principles of web accessibility and be able to design and develop websites that are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
Manage dependencies and efficiently communicate plans, issues, and results with senior management on a proactive and regular basis

Front-end Development Skills

Design Skills

Design experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD)
Understand brand requirements, leverage existing artefacts, and stock, and develop productive working relationships with brand stakeholders
Ensure alignment with style guides, risk and compliance while designing immersive user experiences

Soft Skills

Good communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's Degree required in Design, HCI, or similar background; graduate degree preferred
Experience of working in Agile project team a big plus
