Job Title:
Training Coordinator


Overview:

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of training programs within our organization.

You will be responsible for coordinating training activities, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring that all employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.


Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities based on business objectives and employee skill gaps.

Training Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and update training programs, modules, and materials to address identified needs.
  • Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Ensure that training materials are uptodate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Training Coordination and Delivery:

  • Facilitate training sessions either inperson or virtually, ensuring an interactive and conducive learning environment.
  • Monitor training sessions to evaluate effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Training Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze training feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation rates, and outcomes for management review.

Training Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing training programs.
  • Assist in the management of training budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and development.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance your own skills and knowledge in training coordination and instructional design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in training coordination, instructional design, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality training programs.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
