Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each open position and develop job descriptions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience with social media sourcing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment and meet tight deadlines.
