Education:
Chemical Engineer


Experience:
Process Engineering, Process Development, BEP preparation, equipment designing, Scaleup engineering, Lab Experimentation

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Process Engineering:

Knowledge process engineering, Scaleup engineering, BEP preparation, Equipment designing, Knowledge of safety (Hazop etc)


Process Development:


  • Innovative solutions for cost reduction
  • Identify/ Discover ways to increase plant efficiency/yield/recovery
  • Lab experimentation. Data analysis
  • Cost benefit Analysis of project

Mass & Energy Balance:


  • Mass and Energy balance
  • Gap analysis for the potential. Idea generation/plan for bridging the gap

Troubleshooting/Engineering Assistant:


  • Providing engineering assistant to plant.
  • Technical solution/reasoning
  • Establishment of the plant/process efficiency/capacity
  • Hands on Microsoft office

Communication and Presentation:


  • Technical presentation
  • Communication with the team members/ stake holders
  • Technical meeting and discussion with vendors/consultants
