Job responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback (SRS/BRD)
Create detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools. (Java/Python etc)
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs (Bug Cycle)
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies
Basic SQL and DBMS
API testing

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
