We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service.The goal is to keep the track of the clients's queries & address them in the best possible way, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Respond appropriately to the clients' queries on calls/ chats/ mails.
- Cross-Functional coordination as and when needed with other departments to resolve the clients' issues.
- Keep records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Keep track of the bounce rate and compile accurate reports, and call the customers to improve the conversion rate.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a Customer Support Executive/ Sr. Executive.
- Strong convincing power and efficient handling of customer queries.
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools like Shopify will be added advantage.
- Strong clientfacing and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
