Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service.

The goal is to keep the track of the clients's queries & address them in the best possible way, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Respond appropriately to the clients' queries on calls/ chats/ mails.
  • Cross-Functional coordination as and when needed with other departments to resolve the clients' issues.
  • Keep records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Keep track of the bounce rate and compile accurate reports, and call the customers to improve the conversion rate.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Support Executive/ Sr. Executive.
  • Strong convincing power and efficient handling of customer queries.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools like Shopify will be added advantage.
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
