1.

Communicate with the customers in friendly and professional manner & identify the needs of the customers & help them to resolve their queries or have concerns related to their account, purchase experience, or product use.


  • Maintains & updates customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempts to resolve & de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalates calls to supervisors when necessary & appropriate
  • Aware them about promotions, bonuses, offers etc.
  • Upsells to customers as necessary
  • Ensuring quick resolution of customer issues for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to deliver a WOW Effect for our customers, to further enhance their perception of our product & company.

Salary:
₹19, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thane, Thane , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • 10 key typing: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
  • Hindi (preferred)
