    Description

    Job Role: Microsoft 365 SharePointSpecialist

    Location:Remote

    JobOverview:
    We are looking for a highlyskilled Microsoft 365 SharePoint Specialist to manage and optimizeour SharePoint environment. This role will be responsible fordesigning and implementing efficient SharePoint solutions thatimprove collaboration and productivity across theorganization.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. SharePointAdministration:
      • Configureand manage SharePoint Online including site collections web partsand permissions.
      • Monitor and troubleshootSharePoint performanceissues.
    2. SolutionDesign &Development:
      • Designand develop custom SharePoint solutions to meet businessrequirements.
      • Implement workflows forms anddashboards using Power Automate Power Apps and PowerBI.
    3. Migration&Upgrades:
      • LeadSharePoint migration projects from onpremises to SharePoint Onlineor from other collaboration platforms.
      • Ensuresmooth upgrades and adoption of newfeatures.
    4. Governance&Compliance:
      • Developand enforce SharePoint governance policies standards and bestpractices.
      • Ensure compliance with data securityand privacystandards.
    5. UserTraining &Support:
      • Providetechnical guidance and support for SharePointendusers.
      • Conduct training workshops and createuserdocumentation.
    6. Integration:
      • IntegrateSharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps like Teams andOneDrive.
      • Build workflows that connectSharePoint with external systems ordatabases.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education&Experience:
      • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science IT orequivalent.
      • Minimum of 3 years of provenexperience managing and developing SharePointsolutions.
    2. TechnicalSkills:
      • Indepthknowledge of SharePoint Online SharePoint Framework (SPFx) andPower Platform.
      • Familiarity with SharePointgovernance compliance and data securitypractices.
      • Proficiency in PowerShellscripting.
    3. SoftSkills:
      • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
      • Effectivecommunication skills for remotecollaboration.
      • Ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritizetasks.

    PreferredCertifications:

    • MicrosoftCertified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
    • MicrosoftCertified: SharePoint Associate or SharePoint DeveloperAssociate
