Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial statements in line with IndAS requirements and in compliance with SEBI requirements.
  • Liasioning with Auditors for
  • Limited Review every Quarter by KPMG
  • Statutory Audit for Financial Year by KPMG
  • Tax Audit for the Financial Year by KPMG including preparation of Form 3CA/ 3C in accordance with Income tax requirements.
  • Annual Performance Report of Overseas Investment by KPMG
  • Transfer Pricing Audit by PWC
  • Related Party Quarterly Audit by Kapadia & Co.
  • Internal Audit by EY
  • Internal Financial Control (IFC) Audit by Kapadia & Co.
  • Information Technology General Controls Audit (ITGC) by Grant Thornton
  • Preparation of leases working in accordance with Ind AS 116 and Security deposit discounting working in accordance with Ind AS 10
  • Annual Review of SOPs and develop new/ strengthen existing SOPs and maintain appropriate internal controls.
  • Preparation of Statutory Reporting like XBRL, FLA, CBCR, APR, etc.
