HOD Design & Draughting

Competency Profile:

• Academic; any Degree
• Professional; Engineering Degree/Diploma in Relevant courses of his field
• Experience 5 years (3 years in Relevant field)

• Skills

• Preparations of Drawings and Coordination Skills. Drawings need to develop in AutoCAD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To issue check print of shop drawings in order to obtain approval from HODs.
• Scrutinize and study all Construction Drawings prior to proceeding with preparation of shop drawings.
• Shop drawings for each floor are to be submitted together, for each service along with builder's work drawing and MEP coordinated drawing.
• As Built Drawings to be furnished after completion of the project. The same is to be incorporated by the Draughtsman and kept ready for submission.
• To prepare drawings with 100% compliance to project requirements / ISO procedures.
• To prepare shop drawings as per tender drawings.
• To Prepare sections and installation details as per site conditions.
• To prepare Schematic diagrams as per HVAC services layouts.
• To take out quantities from HVAC drawings.
• To prepare HVAC services Bills of Quantities.
• To select VRF, Chiller, Air distribution products, HVAC related electrical items and need to prepare all schedules in order to mention in shop drawings.
• To prepare Heat load calculations (Using HAP & Excel).
• To prepare MEP services coordinated drawings.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
