Involved in Complete recruitment process (Sourcing, shortlisting, HR Screening/interview, Interview arrangements, Salary negotiations, offer initiation, postoffer follow ups) Source profiles from company's database and LinkedIn.
Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports
Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
