Daily Deployment plan sharing with Internal Team + Outsourced Vendors
Approving expense reimbursements
Maintaining Device Inventory
Placing replacement orders
Reporting to customers and Internal stakeholders
Technical Issue resolution in coordination with Internal Team + Outsourced Vendors 7. Attaching device to the vehicle on the platform & Verifying Platform data 8. Updating Firmware
Updating Information on system - Bramha, B-inroute, Deployment
Follow up for Installation plans
Updating Tickets
Updating Records of devices to be repaired and returned devices

Responsibilities:

Ticket assigning
Taking followup with field engineer
Close Ticket with proper RCA
Place order for bs6 replacement, coordinate with hardware team for device availability
BS6 Replacement Device Shipment updates to CC team
Give technical support to 4th party technician
New device installation planning with Sales team & customer
Daily update report of new device installation
Give technical support to field engineers
Give technical support to the customers technical team
Verify Technician petrol conveyance & advance with FE
Tracking technician attendance
Track 4th party technicians & monitor their claim
Standby device management, orders
Track Technicians daily activity updates in the google form
Preparing Training documents, Preparing SOPs
New Installation followup with customer
Coordinate for Mahindra device replace, sim replace with customer
Provide sim disconnection sheet on monthly basis
Followup with L3 team for tickets
Work on Firmware updates, sim reset, delete command
Service charges mail to the customer & coordinate with accounts team
Followup with Kavita Ma'am for subscription & standby queries
Weekly meet with Sales, L3 team
