Job Description - Chat Process Sales Executive
We are looking for a travel consultant to join our company to create and organize trips for our guests.

You will be required to interact with our guests and guide them toward picking the best experience package to suit all of their requirements and interest.

Your contribution will impact our company as well as the satisfaction of our customers and drive profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Emails and Social Media
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
Maintain accurate customer records
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
Actively participate in team meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or relevant fields.
Prior experience as a travel agent or an avid traveller is a bonus (1 year or more).
Basic knowledge of traveling software and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Inboxes
Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
Multilingualism is an advantage.
Excellent communication, people skills, and problemsolving skills.
Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
