Role

Act as a single point of contact between business functional and leadership team across all innovation and maintenance Salesforce projects

Expectation would be for this role to become trusted advisor and POC of senior business management and in turn working with business stakeholders to prioritize their requirements

The role would need to work with stakeholders and teams spread across the globe and would need to remain flexible with their working hours

Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

Proven experience in the planning and execution of end to end project

Should be able to create and interpret business requirements into document comprehensible to both business and IT

Excellent communication skills in English

Flexibility in terms of working hours to co ordinate with global stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements

Work with Product Owners to define and prioritize requirements

Create and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives

Provide technical guidance to business users on Salesforce solutions

Monitor and maintain Salesforce solutions on an ongoing basis

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of Salesforce solutions

Provide training and support to end users

Proactively identify risks and develop solutions

Document solutions and processes
