Customer Sales & Service - Digital Marketing Platform

Experience: 2 to 9 years

  • Conducting technology
    vendor assessment and Adobe Experience cloud/Adobe marketing cloud capability assessment, defining target marketing operating model and process blueprint, developing marketing use cases and develop business case
  • Collaborating with various client and business and technology stakeholders in
    implementing Adobe campaign/Marketo solution and assisting in change management and adoption of the new tool/process
  • Collecting and sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery for clients
  • The Customer Sales & Service Consulting practice works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. You will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their
    marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

  • Designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices
  • Gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of Adobe campaign/Marketo
  • Lead marketing process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe

Salary

:

₹9, ₹37,916.47 per month
