Apart from the duties assigned by the Principal, educator has the following roles:

Develop and implement an effective curriculum based on the CBSE guidelines that meet the educational needs of students.

Prepare annual and monthly teaching plans that reflect how the curriculum goals will be met.

Integrate various learning methodologies to cater to different learning needs and styles.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate improvement.

Maintain records of students' progress and performance.

Create a supportive and focused learning environment.

Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.

Address any disciplinary issues promptly and fairly, according to school policies with intimation to the Principal/Academic Head.


Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
