We are looking for a
Client Servicing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing and social media management for
Genesis Advertising Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.


Responsibilities:


  • Building relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional aftersales service.
  • Understanding the needs and desires of clients
  • Creating a positive experience for all new clients.
  • Maintaining records of all existing and potential clients.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely & professional manner.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Min 1 year experience as a client servicing executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
