Engage in international B2B customer support through inbound calls from clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Listen to customer needs and provide efficient and effective solutions.

Be the bridge between clients and our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications-
A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience is must, whether it's in domestic or international settings.

Talent for problem-solving and ensuring customer delight.

Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand markets is a bonus.
