Making outbound calls:

Initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers with the goal of selling products or services, generating leads, conducting surveys, or collecting feedback.

Receiving inbound calls:

Handling inbound calls from customers who may have inquiries, complaints, or requests, and providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Achieving sales targets:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company through effective selling techniques, negotiation skills, and closing sales deals.

Maintaining records:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, calls received, customer details, and sales achieved in a computer system or CRM software.

Following company policies and procedures:

Adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct during interactions with customers, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Providing customer service:
Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Demonstrating product knowledge:

Possessing a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, and effectively communicating them to customers.

Managing time effectively:

Efficiently managing time to make a certain number of calls per day, meet sales targets, and handle customer inquiries promptly.
