Description
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
- Set up VMCs according to job specifications, including installing tooling, work holding fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Program VMCs using Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software or by manual code generation (if applicable).
- Verify program accuracy through test runs and make necessary adjustments.
- Operate VMCs safely and efficiently, ensuring parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential problems, notifying maintenance personnel of any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of machine setups, production data, and tool usage.
- May assist with training new employees.
Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
