HRIS Professional

What does a great HRIS professional do?
This role is needed to fill gaps within the HRIT team. Additional responsibilities will include core workday support related tasks and light configuration.

Tier 3 ticketing escalations, Complex EIB file loads, general understanding of Time & Absence configuration and testing, Fieldglass Support, HR Tech inbox support.

What will you do?

This role is to support the HRIT team with core workday supported tasks, HR case escalations, EIB file loads, HR Tech & Workday inboxes.
This role will support APAC, EMEA time zones.
Directly support HR & Payroll partners to document requirements, assist with technical escalations,

What will you need to have?

4-5 years of Experience working on WorkDay as functional consultant:

Perform day-to-day operations that include
Research, review, analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HRIS system, Workday.
Supports Workday system configuration which includes business process changes, tenant level settings, and notifications, to meet the expectations of our clients.
Executes system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality.
Facilitate global testing efforts and coordinates the testing effort with the local business partners, including the creation of test documentation and postimplementation support.
Documents processes via job aides and knowledgebased articles. Ensures that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls.
Fieldglass and Time & Absence experience is a plus.
