The Role:
As our Creative Maestro, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the design education experience for aspiring artists. You'll help students unleash their creativity and transform their visions into reality.

From designing jaw-dropping marketing materials to crafting captivating illustrations, your work will be at the heart of our design school's visual identity.

As a mentor, you'll guide students through the magical world of design, imparting knowledge, and fostering their artistic growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design _: Wave your creative wand and conjure up stunning visual assets for both print and digital media. From brochures to social media posts, you'll create designs that leave an indelible mark.
• Inspiration Elevation_: Infuse students with the artistic spark they need to fly to new creative heights. Teach them the secrets of design alchemy, leaving no stone unturned in their quest for design greatness.
• Design Workshops_: Lead interactive workshops that transform ordinary minds into design luminaries. Bring your enthusiasm and charisma to the classroom as you share your design passion with the next generation of artists.
• Collaborative_: Join forces with other colleagues in the magical realm of DDS. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design projects that'll cast a spell on everyone who beholds them.
• Artistic Research_: Stay abreast of design trends, keeping an eye on the enchanted forest of design innovation. This will ensure our students are always equipped with the latest and greatest.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience wielding the design wand, sprinkling pixels of brilliance across various projects.
• A portfolio that showcases your enchanting design prowess and demonstrates your passion for creativity.
• A deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and an unyielding desire to stay uptodate with the latest design tools.
• An A level of communication skills to captivate and inspire students and colleagues alike.
• A touch of humor and a willingness to make the learning journey fun and memorable for everyone.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
