Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications that align with our brand's standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution.
  • Monitor social media platforms to respond to customer interactions and engage in proactive customer support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with new product launches and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on communication strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of customer inquiries professionally.
  • High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or communication is a plus.

Skills:


  • Strong empathy and the ability to engage customers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented focus.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
