Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications that align with our brand's standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments to ensure a quick and effective resolution.
- Monitor social media platforms to respond to customer interactions and engage in proactive customer support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with new product launches and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on communication strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of customer inquiries professionally.
- High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or communication is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong empathy and the ability to engage customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented focus.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
