This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research and identify potential clients and markets.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements.
Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their needs effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth.
Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and optimize sales performance.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients.
Close sales and achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between client requirements and product offerings.
Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations and deal closures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the [AI, BI, software development, digital marketing, etc.] market and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
