    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Sales Specialist with a specialization in HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through the implementation and optimization of HubSpot's marketing automation platform. As a Marketing Automation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and driving the sales process from lead generation to close.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and objectives.
    • Present HubSpot's marketing automation solutions to potential clients, effectively articulating value propositions and key benefits.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals in a timely manner.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
    • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to marketing automation and HubSpot.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on marketing automation solutions.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment would be a plus.
    • Demonstrated success in selling to B2B clients across various industries.
