Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Welcome guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
• Upsell additional products or addons to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Utilize computer software for order processing, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
