Description
Responsible for the entire life cycle of all the employees for the assigned branch or clusterRecruitment:
- Handling recruitment of Midlevel & Junior level for lending businesses through various sources.
- Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT.
- Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same.
- Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations
Operations:
- Managing Joining Documentations and salary processing's for new hires.
- Coordinate for Employee Code generations for new joinees. Performance Management System
- Collating data and maintaining trackers for PMS process.
Employee Engagement:
- Conduct employee engagement activities for Employees across branches. Exit Formalities
- Conducting Exit interview for employees of Focus department
- Providing F & F details & guiding for PF related queries.
- Handling employee queries and grievances and ensure solutions in assured time limit.
- Responsible for overall process efficiency.
- Quick decision making capacity.
- Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT
