Description
Responsible for the entire life cycle of all the employees for the assigned branch or cluster


Recruitment:

  • Handling recruitment of Midlevel & Junior level for lending businesses through various sources.
  • Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT.
  • Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same.
  • Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations

Operations:

  • Managing Joining Documentations and salary processing's for new hires.
  • Coordinate for Employee Code generations for new joinees. Performance Management System
  • Collating data and maintaining trackers for PMS process.

Employee Engagement:

  • Conduct employee engagement activities for Employees across branches. Exit Formalities
  • Conducting Exit interview for employees of Focus department
  • Providing F & F details & guiding for PF related queries.
  • Handling employee queries and grievances and ensure solutions in assured time limit.
  • Responsible for overall process efficiency.
  • Quick decision making capacity.
  • Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT
