Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and daily business reports;
- Promote and serve to customers' needs and concerns, to provide quality experience;
- Achieve weekly and monthly individual sales goals;
- Greeting visitors and responding to telephone and inperson requests for information;
- Utilize product knowledge and selling skills to build strong customer relationships;
- Achieve sales goals;
- Crosssell product;
- Maintain extensive knowledge of company products, policies and procedures;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Promote special sales and offers;
Qualification
- Minimum education 12th;
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in cosmetic or related industry;
- Relevant Cosmetics experience is preferred;
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience ;
- Ability to identify customer business needs/opportunities and recommend solutions;
- Flexible regarding travel;
