Overview:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day manufacturing operations in a heavy metal and fabrication setting.

This role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, promoting a safe working environment, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet production goals.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BE Mechanical).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the heavy metal and fabrication industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of heavy metal fabrication processes, machinery, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in quality control measures and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Familiarity with industrystandard software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


The role of a Production Supervisor in the heavy metal and fabrication industry is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of manufacturing operations.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
