_Person would be responsible for building new solutions for our global clients and prospects (RFP, sole sourced deals, Solution Identifications etc.); work with Practice leaders in Genpact and build new solution offerings in Invoice to Cash. Will be required to work with customers on specific transformation projects and implement changes across process, policy & technology._

_Key Responsibilities_:

_Respond to RFPs, sole sourced deals._
_ _
_Use external research and demonstrate virtual expertise as needed and Design Innovative solutions for our clients, prospects clearly articulating the overall value proposition and benefits to be delivered._

_Find opportunities to increase organization's penetration in I2C._
_ _
_Participate in Solution development in RFP, Sol IDs, Due diligences etc_
_ _
_Perform detailed assessments when required including process mapping, metric gathering and data analysis _
_Provide thought leadership in the OTC space including writing Point of views or White papers in the public domain, work with research partners and mentor sales on our offerings/capabilities and market trends etc._

_Support the overall build and refinement of the practices in Order to cash domain - developing schema for new industry verticals, refinement of schema and benchmarks, insights etc. _
_Drive transformation projects_

_Integrate technology with our solutions to provide improved efficiency to clients_

_Qualifications_:

_Minimum qualifications_
_ _
_Prior exposure to Invoice to Cash process _:
_Partner in a transition of any of the invoice to cash process _
_Operation / Transformation experience._
_ _
_Prior knowledge of Digital tools and exposure in implementing _:
_Ability to work in a cross -cultural environment very collaboratively._

_Development and implementation of AR tools and technologies _
