Description

Take responsibility for deliverables of the project along with the team leader & adhere to stringent Quality standards of the company.


  • Study Structural and Architectural drawings and prepare RFIs.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects & Guide a team of Junior modelers.
  • Prepare TEKLA model based on inputs provided by structural engineer.
  • Highlight any discrepancy in input drawings/input sketches effectively.
  • To assist teamlead in generating IFC files, Drawings, BBS Reports etc.
  • To ensure all modeling activities are performed per company procedure & process.
  • To ensure through selfcheck that no error has been made while modeling. Further, all model corrections issued by the checker/reviewer are updated in model.
  • Template editing & Preparation of custom components.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Salary:
₹30, ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- minimum: 3 years (preferred)
